Poste :

• Manage locally a team of High-tech resources working in teams and pods to deliver high value programs
• Coordinate with hiring managers, supervise, organize your scope to ensure performance and consistency targets are met
• Contribute in the selection and identification of your team memebers
• Provide guidance and day to day insight to different team members
• Conduct performance monthly and bi-annual reviews
• Create and nurture a culture of performance and over achievement within your team
• Onboard, develop skills, upskill, train and ensure that your team’s skills are always in concordance with the HM requirements
• Manage discipline, absenteism, work ways and ensure that Cnexia’s business rules and policies and respected and applied by all tech team
• Hold regular touch point with your team, the service delivery manager and the Hiring manager to guarantee a day-to-day monitoring of the delivery and team progress in correspondence to the different projects your team is involved in
