Poste :
The successful candidate will be able to:
• Identify and manage market trends and risks.
• Develop sales strategies with the local/regional board and Department Manager to maintain and grow the business.
• Identify and develop new business segments to meet company targets.
• Organize meetings and customers visits to develop potential business.
• Forecast, plan and organize needed exhibitions to support market expansion.
• Offer prevailing or new packaging solutions to already existing or new acquired customers.
• Calculate sales prices with support from corporate / local sales
• Budget potential marketing activities (market research, prototypes, etc.).
• Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives of the related markets.
• Implement sales processes and activities monitored through KPI’s.
• Cooperate with other department on the product availabilities (purchasing, production, quality, supply chain etc.).
• Lead assigned sales executives’ team and enhance staff accomplishments and competences by planning delivery of solutions, answering technical and procedural questions to less experienced team members and teach improved processes.
• Maintain professional relationship with assigned accounts at all levels and strive to continuously increase customer satisfaction.
• Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
• Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs.
• Lead and develop the sales and service functions of the assigned business to maximize operational effectiveness.
