Poste :

Objective / Role : 

• Support RFQ-Team for projects with automated shares (regarding specification and supplier communication) ;
• Realize line for production (with supplier or internal teams) ;
• Support running Project with automated lines (fully or semiautomated) for any ongoing concerns ;
• Lead the improvement activities on the Automated / Semi Automated assembly lines ;
• Optimize Software of PLC/Controlling systems in automated lines/stations ;
• Sample build activities.

Principal activities :

• Support RFQ-Team to define necessary invest for manufacturing plan ;
• Support equipment specification for automated lines (fully or semi-automated) and also equipment validation plan, MSA, safety standards ;
• Collaborate with R&D and design teams to ensure manufacturability and scalability of new products with respect to Automation ;
• Coordinate with supplier (or internal eq. & auto. team) for development and validation of automated lines (fully or semiautomated) ;
• Analyse / optimize / change / adapt software of existing automated (and semiautomated) lines ;
• Support the SAT, FAT (Site acceptance test, factory acceptance test) for Automated line / equipment ;
• Support implementation of manufacturing plan in the plant (facility, instructions, data acquisition, maintenance plan) ;
• Creation of P-FMEA with supplier / internal eq. Auto. Team ;
• Support sample build activities ;
• Participate in PPAP process ;
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to the project team ;
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies ;
• Troubleshoot the running Project with automated lines (fully or semiautomated automated) for any ongoing concerns.
